Welcome Friends,

I’m so happy you’ve stopped by today, and equally delighted that you’re interested in learning about the #1 interior design & decorating service you need now! That must mean you’re thinking of hiring an interior designer. Woohoo!

If you’ve ever wanted to work with an interior designer before, but thought they were too expensive (hint…we’re not!), then this is the perfect design service for you. Seriously, this design service is a game changer!

My Aha Moment! and Why I Started Offering This Service

While I’ve always offered this service to my clients as part of their full-service room design or as an add-on service to another room within their home, it wasn’t until a few months ago that I formally started offering The Finishing Touches design service as a stand alone service.

After several of my repeat clients reached out and requested my design assistance to spruce up some spaces in their homes, with the caveat of using their existing furniture pieces, I realized that there’s probably a lot of other homeowners out there in the same boat. And guess what, y’all? My hunch was correct!

A special thanks to my awesome clients that referred me to their family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. They were the fuel that started the engine rolling on this new service, and I’m so thankful for each and every one of them!

I am so pleased to share with you that The Finishing Touches design service is quickly becoming one of KMIDS’ most requested design service, and for good reason. But more on that in a minute…

First, Let Me Ask You This…

How good would it feel to finally have your living room, dining room, bedroom, or your entire home look and feel polished and pulled together to reflect your personal style and taste?

What if I told you that you don’t need a huge bank account and that you wouldn’t need to replace your existing furniture to give your room (or entire home) a new look and feel? Would you be more inclined to spruce up that dated space?

And, how fabulous would it be to learn that you could have a beautifully appointed room within a matter of days AND on a budget that’s comfortable for you?

Sounds pretty great, right?

So, What Exactly Is The Finishing Touches Design Service And Why Is It So Popular?

In a nutshell, KMIDS’ The Finishing Touches design service is a room styling service where we work with your existing furniture pieces and add new home decor items to give your space a fresh and updated look.

The possible items that may be needed for your The Finishing Touches room makeover are: accessories, artwork or other wall decor, table lamps, decorative throw pillows, area rug, and more. Each new home decor item is hand selected by me to ensure that they fit your personal style and color preferences, while also working with existing pieces. The end result is a carefully curated look that is uniquely your style.

The reason this design service is so popular is because your room or entire home could have a fresh new look within a matter of days to a couple of weeks for a minimum investment. You see, great design isn’t always about changing everything in a room to get a new look. Great design is however, in the details. And those details are the finishing touches, and that just happens to be one of my many super powers.

The Top 5 Reasons Why The Finishing Touches Is THE #1 Design Service You Need In Your Life Now

1. It’s a relatively quick and affordable way to give your home a fresh new look within a few days to a couple of weeks!
2. No more second guessing yourself…Is this the correct size? Are these the right pillows? Do these color work together? Is that artwork hung too high/too low? Is this the right size area rug for this space? And what the heck do I do with all of these built-in shelves, the fireplace mantel, and these stinking 2-story walls? No worries, because I’ve got you covered! I take all of that worry and wonder away because I know all of the answers to these questions and have great solutions to solve any decorating dilemma.
3. No more spending hours upon hours on shopping and returning a bunch of stuff because I take care of everything…sourcing, shopping, and installing.
4. Your living room, dining room, bedroom, or entire home could have a new look just in time for the holiday season or that special occasion!
5. This is a great opportunity to get your feet wet, so to speak, working with an interior designer. One that has designed and decorated many luxury model homes (all on a budget), as well as many private residential homes over the years.

Here’s What Some of Our Clients Are Saying About The Finishing Touches Design Service…

Who Is The Perfect Client For The Finishing Touches Design Service?

• The Finishing Touches design service is specifically designed for clients that already have all of the furniture items needed for their space, but their room feels void of personality or interests, or has an overall feeling of being incomplete. It’s missing what I call, The Wow Factor. *Please note that furniture selections aren’t involved in this service, as this is strictly a service for adding the finishing touches – artwork, lamps, accessories, area rugs, and accents. If furniture items are needed, our Full-Service Interior Design services are recommended.
• The Finishing Touches design service is perfect for busy professionals and families, as well as, small business owners that desire a beautiful space, but lack the time or skills needed to create it.
• The Finishing Touches design service is also perfect for those that would love to work with an interior designer without any long term commitments, and who also desire a quick turnaround.
• The Finishing Touches design service client trusts us, our process, and our vision for their home. They know that we’ve taken the time to meet with them to learn more about their style and color preferences, and they know that our vision for their space will far exceed anything they could accomplish on their own. We understand trust is earned, but we also believe that our experience and expertise, our body of work, our reputation, as well as, our client testimonials garners trust. This service is not ideal for clients that will need to approve every single item before they’re placed in their home. That client is best served with our Full-Service Interior Design services.

A design consultation is necessary so that we can assess the room(s), take necessary measurements and photos, as well as, discuss your style and color preferences, budget, and more. During the consultations we’ll also tentatively schedule The Finishing Touches installation day so that you’re able to plan accordingly.

It typically takes a day or two to a couple of weeks (depending upon room size and number of rooms) to hunt and gather all the items needed to create your custom curated plan.
