In most kitchens, the range hood serves as the main focal point, making it only fitting to highlight it. Keep in mind that focal points don’t need to be extravagant; in fact, subtlety can lend a more sophisticated feel to the space. Consider using a singular item, such as a decorative fall sign, a seasonal wreath, or a piece of autumn-themed artwork to highlight your range area.
If your kitchen features an island, keep the decor minimal to avoid distracting from your main focal point. A simple rustic vase filled with seasonal stems in coordinating colors is all that’s needed.
